Who will benefit from one-to-one photography tuition with Philip?
Anyone over 18 keen enough to learn more about photography.

I’m worried I am not good enough to work with a professional photographer.
Just relax, come and have some fun. The photo tuition is very informal and Philip will put you at ease. Read these comments from other photographers if you are still concerned.

I am a complete novice can I come for photography tuition?
Yes, of course. The tuition can be adapted to suit all levels of experience – beginner to pro.

Do you do online photography tuition?
Yes, online photography lessons and tuition is easily avalailable. I offer one hour or two hours online sessions to suit you. Find out more

Do I need an expensive DSLR camera?
No. It doesn’t matter what camera you use, you will still learn a great deal.

What happens if the weather is bad?
No problem, the tuition is based at my home in Shropshire – please be prepared to be flexible if it is really very bad on the day.

I only use my mobile phone to take pictures. Is this enough?
It is not ideal. However, I can guide you with an understanding of light and composition.

Do you set up my camera before we take pictures?
I can help you, but I do not pretend to know the workings of every camera on the market. It is better that I teach YOU how to set up your camera.

Can I buy a gift voucher for a friend?
Yes. On receipt of payment I can email a simple gift voucher that can be pasted into your own personal card to give to your friend.

Do you teach children?
No, I’m afraid not. You must be at least 18 years old.

I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I pay?
You do not actually need a PayPal account. You can pay on the website using your credit card via PayPal.
But if you are in any doubt you can pay with a direct bank transfer. Contact me and I will give you the details

Do I need to use a tripod?
It depends on what we a doing. You do not need a tripod for a Street Photography , but it is very useful when we cover landscape photography. Philip can lend you use a tripod for the 121 session.
